We bought a home in Samara with the help of Nick Ruhlow at Coldwell. Nick knows the market but most importantly he knows what a foreigner is expecting or not expecting and his experience allows him to bridge the unknowns that we had moving there. We lived full time for 4 years and then moved on, again Nick and Liz Wegman together got the property sold to some great buyers. Also I highly recommend Landco legal team to manage the legal work. I had some experience with other attorney's and Landco would be considered highly professional in any country.
